A couple quick shots of the fire at Foxwoods Casino.
The fire was a very labor intensive fire involving numerous departments.
I have some more to post later. Hope to have them up tomorrow or on Thursday.

1st ALARM - GROTON CITY

January 26th Groton City FD responded to a 1st Alarm fire on Branford Avenue. A good stop was made by Groton City keeping the main body of fire contained to a bedroom on the second floor. Also are some photos of the job over the summer at Branford Manor.

WORKING FIRE - NEW LONDON

On January 26th New London FD responded to Elm St. for reports of fire coming from second floor windows with possibly some trapped. I will have more photos up later.

BARN FIRE - WATERFORD









A few pictures of a 1800's vintage shed that caught fire on Hartford Road in Waterford on January 21st. Cohanzie, Oswegatchie, Quaker Hill Departments responded. QHFD used their CAFS system during overhaul.

CAR vs BUILDING - PBFD




T-n-T
On January 15th the Poquonnock Bridge FD responded to Groton Shoppers Plaza for a car into the building. No injuries reported. The business was an optical shop (what are the chances of that) that was already closed and cleaned out because the owner retired.

PBFD ENGINE 32 DEDICATION

On Saturday January 12th Poquonnock Bridge FD dedicated 32 Engine to past Chief Daniel T. Keogh.

You don't see that all the time, they were attempting to cut some rebar covering an doorway
