ROOM & CONTENTS - NEW LONDON

On 5/6/-08 FDNL made quick work of this room and contents fire on Laurel drive.

WORKING FIRE - SALEM

The Salem FD responded to Eden Drive for fully involved garage fire that spread to the home. Initially units believe there may have been a victim inside. It was later determined no one was home. The home was undergoing renovations. Salem, Gardner Lake, Oakdale, Colchester, and the Mohegan Tribal Fast Team responded.

Thanks to the Chiefs for scene access.

BARN FIRE - FRANKLIN

I don't have a lot of information on this fire other than a Barn fire on Route 32 in the Franklin/Yantic area across from the Suburu dealership. I will have some more photos in a few days. Thanks to the Woj for the pics.

ROLL OVER - YANTIC

I don't have much info on this other than a roll over on I 395 in the Yantic FD area. I believe injuries were minor in nature. Thanks to Jon Stanford for the cell phone pics.

PIN JOB - NEW LONDON

Here is a cell phone pic from the Major MVA on the Gold Star Bridge this afternoon.

A Civic was rearended by mercedes suv. 2 kids rushed by lifestar and 2 or 3 by ground.

I should have more pics coming soon from the same source that took this one.

2 CAR HEAD ON - GROTON

During to early hours of April 12th the PBFD A shift and GCFD's responded to the CSB Highway for a 2 car head on reported with entrapment. 1pt transported ALS and 2 pts went BLS.

PIN JOB - PBFD

On April 1oth PBFD, D Shift responded to this MVA w/ Entrapment and Fire on Tower Ave.

WORKING FIRE - OLD LYME

On 4/8/08 Old Lyme FD responded to 25 Connecticut Rd. A-37 arrived on scene reporting a working fire on a 1 1/2 story beach house. Bringing Essex as the RIT and Niantic with 1 engine to the scene.
